I've worked on it for more than three years - discontinuously.
It took me a while to find the right technique. And in the meanwhile, I've done a huge iconographic research, diving in the styles and in the dreams of so many artists.
It's my biggest picture book project so far and I've done my best to do it at best.

Some copies of these two redboots books have been selected to participate in the ZINE'S MATE SHOP at the Tokyo Art Book Fair 2015! The parcel is already on its way to Japan :-)

ovvero: dell'autoproduzione / parte 2

E' ufficialmente pronto: stampato, piegato e rilegato il secondo libro Red Boots! 
In edizione limitata, solo 50 copie tutte rilegate a mano, numerate sul retro e (delicatamente) imperfette.
 

Che cos'è?
E' un libro a fisarmonica, una collezione di ritratti e brevi storie, un bestiario ornitologico, un albo da disegnare e colorare. I testi sono in italiano e francese, ed è disponibile anche una traduzione in inglese.

Hallo Paris!

Un intero mese dedicato alla microeditoria? Sì. sì.
E l'esposizione Inventaire 2014 ha aperto le danze giovedì 2 ottobre
presso la sede della mediateca Marguerite Duras a Parigi.

Sono felicissima che, tra le 200 fanzines internazionali, è in mostra anche Aria. 

Le rondini volano dove io non riesco ad arrivare!

Sulla pagina facebook di Fanzines! Festival ci sono un po' di foto della mostra,

sul sito invece il programma dettagliato del mese, da scaricare e stampare.

Interessantissimi tutti gli incontri e gli sguardi collettivi sul mondo dell'editoria indipendente,

con relatori e ospiti del calibro di Paul Cox e Orbis Pictus Club (giusto per citarne un paio).
